Once a manuscript is submitted, the Chief Editor Airo Journal Publications will have all rights to remove it from the website if the data is found copied, useless, insufficient, irritable, vulgar, or anything which is not suitable for the journal.

If the matter is anytime reviewed then the review process is double-blinded; that is, the reviewer does not know who the manuscript author(s) is and the author(s) does not know who has reviewed the manuscript.
In case of any complaint against the author, the chief editor will have the authority and reserves the right to reject any manuscript submitted under any of the journals listed in the website (www.airo.co.in), because of inappropriateness of its subject content, lack of quality, incorrectness of its results & recommendations, inaccuracies in the experimentations etc.,
International Research Journal of Airo is considered for outside India circulation and National Research Journal of Airo is considered for inside India circulation.

Free journal publication will include only the online publication of the article or research paper submitted by the author and that too for a certain period of months or year as decided time to time by AIRO management. If the author wants he may renew the submission or may take life time submission on paying reasonable registration fee. The life time publication means the publication till the existence of organization.
One author can’t publish more than one paper and the same article by another author will never be accepted by AIRO management.

In case of finding copied matter of our website or other websites in submission the legal action may be taken against the author by the authorities of AIRO.

An author may get Certificate of Publication, Letter of acceptance, or Hard copy (Print Magazine) of the journal the required amount will be charged as mention on the website or get changes time to time.
If anything is noticed mischievous by author or any person under cyber law or any law which is harmful for our organization or public or through the owner of any IP address or anything which may be illegal or with the intention of irritating or creating problem for AIRO Management or other authors or public, the management or authorities of AIRO may take legal action against such person or such organization.

Copyright: Each research paper / article must be accompanied by a statement that it has been neither published nor submitted for publication, in whole or in part, either in a serial, professional journal or as a part in a book which is formally published and made available to the public. For the mutual benefit and protection of authors and publishers it is necessary that authors provide formal written consent to publish and transfer of copyright (using Copyright Form) before publication of the work. If this step is missing, then it is understood and perceived by the publishers that the author or authors had not published the manuscripts / review articles / research papers etc., in any of the other journals, or website or concerned publication or submission.
